FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device is used for diagnosing condition of hollow organs before and after medical procedures. Device has transparent case inside which the optical radiation source and receiver are disposed. There is light-tight partition between radiation receiver and radiation source. Light-tight partition is made in form of cone with reflecting side surface. Vertex of cone is directed to photoreceiver with axial directional pattern and base of cone is directed to optical radiation source according to one version of the device. According to the other version light-tight partition is made of two cones which have reflecting side surfaces and common base. Vertexes of cones are directed to photoreceiver and to optical radiation source with axial directional patterns.

EFFECT: increased integral sensitivity and truth of diagnosis; increased value of luminous flux energy collection factor; widened coverage area of illuminated surface.
