FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves using electromagnetic energy in optical bandwidth with wavelength λ = 540±10 nm. Optic response signal is received under condition of constant distances between photodetector, radiation source and biological object surface. Irradiation is carried out under incidence angle of direct optical signal being equal to 90 deg relative to biological object surface. Statistical mean values are used as normal reference values of response signal. The values are obtained as a result of investigation of genetically and ontogenetically mediated groups of practically healthy people.
