FIELD: material treatment technologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention provides treatment process for various materials, in particular mineral raw materials or agricultural products. Process consists in that material to be treated is subjected to washing, after which washing liquid is removed, provided that washing liquid has conductivity 2·10-1 (Ohm.m)-1 and temperature between 0 and 50°C, material is held to complete moisture saturation, and, after removal of washing liquid, material is placed into working fluid and treated using electro-hydraulic action at initial voltage amplitude 0.3 to 1.0 kV per 1 mm of interelectrode space length. Material may also preliminarily stirred. Washing of material of material being treated may be accomplished by sprinkling material with washing liquid or by immersing material into washing liquid. The latter can be aqueous solution of an surfactant or water/organic solvent mixture, or working fluid exhausted during electro-hydraulic treatment.

EFFECT: improved quality of treated material.
