FIELD: drilling equipment, particularly to determine downhole motor speed during drilling.
SUBSTANCE: sensor has vibrator inverter connected to recording unit through correlation device, the second vibrator inverter having sensitive axis transversal to that of the first vibrator inverter, the second correlation device and subtractor. The first vibrator inverter is connected to the first input of the first correlation device and to the second input of the second correlation device. The second vibrator inverter is linked with the first input of the second correlator and with the second input of the first correpator. Outputs of both correlation devices are connected to subtractor. Output of substrator is linked with recording unit.
EFFECT: increased noise immunity.
