SUBSTANCE: one should study viscous characteristics of clotting blood - period of reaction (r), intensity of spontaneous thrombocytic aggregation (Ar), thrombin constant (k), maximal amplitude (MA), terms for forming fibrin-thrombocytic structure of the clot (T), total value for retraction and spontaneous lysis of the clot (F). At values of r being 3.53±0.48 min, Ar being 8.69±1.37 rel. U, k being 2.60±0.48 min, MA 810.9±54.4 rel. U, T being 37.78±3.25 min, F being 31.14±3.54% one should detect "reaction of tension". At r being 8.76±1.42 min, Ar being 0.44±0.73 rel. U, k being 10.52±1.89 min, MA being 271.2±68.1 rel. U, T being 77.8±10.04 min, F being 32.40±6.91% one should detect hypocoagulation variant of DIC-syndrome. At r being 3.19±0.41 min, Ar being 8.20±1.23 rel. U, k being 2.57±0.41 min, MA 670.4±39.4 rel. U, T being 48.61±7.88 min, F being 18.43±1.63% one should detect hypercoagulation variant of DIC-syndrome. At r being 7.26±0.73 min, Ar being 2.13±1.13 rel. U, k being 6.84±0.60 min, MA 480.3±56.7 rel. U, T being 62.08±2.52 min and F being 24.87±4.41% one should detect combined variant of DIC-syndrome. The method in question enables to quickly diagnose hemostasis system disorders that favors to prescribe adequate curative-prophylactic measures in due time.
