FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring omega-potential within the first day after operation and hemorrhage. The value being from - 14 to + 20 mV, III-IV degree hemorrhagic shock with marked organo- systemic dysfunction signs like acute hepatorenal insufficiency, thrombo hemorrhagic syndrome, adult respiratory distress syndrome and encephalopathy is to be predicted. Omega-potential being found below - 26 mVa, I-II degree hemorrhagic shock with moderate organic dysfunction signs is to be predicted. Omega-potential being found between -15 and -25, disease progress with no hemorrhagic shock manifestations is to be predicted. EFFECT: high accuracy of differential diagnosis. 4 dwg, 2 tbl
