SUBSTANCE: proposed device built to first design alternate has electromagnets installed symmetrically on different ends of bedplate, their armatures being rigidly coupled with operating elements and flexible members. They are, essentially, annular multipole electromagnets whose stator outer-to-inner diameter ratio ranges between 2 and 2.3, magnet pole surface area-to-slot area ratio is between 1.8 and 2.1, and slot height-to-width ratio is 2 to 2.7. Armature of each electromagnet is made in the form of single plate secured through flexible members to top and bottom housings. Device built to second design alternate has support-mounted electromagnet, armature rigidly coupled with operating element, and flexible members. Device electromagnet is, essentially, annular multipole electromagnet whose stator outer-to-inner diameter ratio ranges between 2 and 2.3, stator pole area-to-slot area ratio is between 1.8 and 2.1, and slot height-to width ratio is 2 to 2.7. Armature is made in the form of single plate secured through flexible members to housing mounted on same support as stator of annular multipole electromagnet.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities.
