FIELD: vibration technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration technology and can be used to perform various technological processes using vibrations. The elastic system of the vibrator with an electromagnetic drive is made in the form of three alternating annular permanent magnets with axial magnetization, located on one axis and facing each other with poles of the same name, repelled by polarity, the middle one of them is rigidly connected to the plate of the armature part of the vibrator with the possibility of vibration in the cavity formed between two other annular permanent magnets, one of which it is attached rigidly to the stator part of the vibrator, and the second is attached rigidly to the thrust plate of the vibrator, in this case, the armature of the electromagnet and the plate of the armature part of the vibrator are mounted on the same axis with a guide sleeve connected by a sliding fit with the stator part of the vibrator and a thrust plate made with central through holes having a diameter equal to the diameter of the guide sleeve installed with the possibility of axial movement.
EFFECT: reduction of noise and energy losses in the mechanical oscillatory system of the vibrator with an electromagnetic drive.
