FIELD: meat industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has tunnel chamber, overhead track, water supply pump, water cooler and fans secured on lateral side. Welded to internal immovable framework opposite fans is fairing for forming turbulent boundary layer near surface of sausage product. Pipe line with injectors is mounted above fans. Injectors are directed to frames with sausage product on overhead track.
EFFECT: enhanced intensification of cooling; reduced power requirements; reduced consumption of water; improved quality of product.
