FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to technological equipment for its meat and fish branches, machines and apparatus, refrigerant and cryogenic appliances processes, conditioning systems. The following two refrigerant machines operate in the air conditioning system: the air drying system refrigerant compressor unit (functioning in the thermo-pumping cycle and simultaneously acting as a source of cold and heat) and the air cooling system refrigerant compressor unit. The design of the operating chambers and air distribution system devices of the drying installation simplifies the drying medium (i.e. air) motion trajectory thus to ensure reduced aerodynamic resistance, among other things - due to selection of the shape of the said elements of the technological equipment design.
EFFECT: enhancement of the installation operation economic efficiency.
