SUBSTANCE: device has sections in form of heat-exchange elements, ribs and inserts, while at least two heat-exchange elements in a section are positioned serially and provided with connecting pipes with devices for outer connections between each other, and two contours - frontal and reversed back one, forming two through vertical channels, and inserts are made cup-shaped and are mounted between connecting pipes at input and output of heat-exchange elements, while sections have symmetric shape. Also, heat-giving elements are made of aluminum and its alloys, and connecting pipes and branch pipes are made of steel.
EFFECT: simplified construction, higher efficiency, lower costs, higher reliability.
