FIELD: heating engineering; district heating systems for buildings and structures using horizontally laid pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed heating device has sections of heat-transfer components for coolant and ribs; each section is provided in addition with prefabricated shielding circuits, front low-temperature swirler with through ducts and rear ribbed one; tubular heat-transfer components are joined to ribs by vertical plate that mounts prefabricated shielding circuits; swirlers are disposed between section joints; extreme section is joined through pipe with tubular heat-transfer component. In addition tubular heat-transfer components are symmetrical relative to horizontal and vertical planes; space between plate and prefabricated shielding circuits locked by means of clamps is coated with high-heat-conductivity adhesive paint.
EFFECT: enhanced heat-transfer efficiency, simplified design, reduced manufacturing cost and maintenance charges of heating device.
