SUBSTANCE: opening device has at least one seat member arranged in container orifice and closing valve to be installed on seat member and adapted to close container orifice. Closing valve has connection members to connect thereof to seat member after seat member installation on vessel and functional members to perform predetermined operations. Closing valve has lid and base. The base may be connected to seat member. Lid may be at least partly disconnected from the base to open the container. Closing valve used in above device is also disclosed.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced costs, decreased height of the device, simplified process of container production and transportation.
