SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to industrial blasting explosives. The invention offers a composition of a charge of the water-containing blasting explosive. The composition of the charge represents a coarse suspension including: a liquid phase - an ammonium nitrate water solution and carbamide and a solid phase - the granulated ammonium nitrate taken in the definite ratio of components. The invention is intended for creation of a composition of the charge of the water-containing blasting explosive of the heightened explosive efficiency.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the composition of the charge of the water-containing blasting explosive of the heightened explosive efficiency.
