FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises smelting steel of specific chemical composition, casting metal into blanks, heating slab for rolling, preliminary deformation with total squeezing of 35-60% at a temperature of 900-800°C, cooling, finishing deformation with total squeezing of 65-75% at a temperature 830-750°C, cooling down to a temperature 500-260° C, and decelerated cooling in xenon down to a temperature no less than 150°C.
EFFECT: enhanced strength.
