FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy field. For receiving of cold-resistant up to (-80)°C sheet products of improved welding characteristics of heavy-duty of thickness up to 60 mm it is implemented steel melting of particular chemical compound, pouring of metal into uninterruptedly-casted ingots, 2 stages heating, firstly up to temperature 1200°C during 3 hours, then reduction of temperature up to 1150°C and isolation at it 3-4 hours, prestrain with total reduction ratio 58-65% with regulated reduction not less than 16% by pass at temperature 940-990°C, cooling of receive billet for 220-250°C, final deformation at temperature 740-720°C with total reduction ratio 35-42%, accelerated cooling at a rate 6-15°C/s, then retarded cooling in caisson up to temperature not higher 150°C and then on air.
EFFECT: receiving of plate rolling of heavy-duty with guaranteed resistibility against lamellar destruction, applied for fuel-energy complex in shipbuilding and other.
