FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrodynamic pumps with electric drive and it can be used in fuel systems of internal combustion engines. Proposed submersible electric pump has housing with electric motor fitted on and labyrinth-screw pump, both pumps have common shaft. Bushing is rigidly secured on shaft of electric motor rotor. Inner cylindrical space of bushing is closed from one side by end face partition. Said space accommodates stator secured on housing. Screw grooves of rotating part of pump are made on outer surface of bushing. Screw of non-rotating part of pump are made on inner surface of housing. Permanent magnet is installed of shaft of rotor in inner space of bushing, and magnetic circuit in form of hollow cylinder made of magnetically-soft material is installed on inner cylindrical surface of bushing. Stator windings are placed in ring clearance between them.
EFFECT: increased service life and efficiency of pump and improved reliability.
