SUBSTANCE: proposed device designed to provide electric contact between cylindrical part of its shell and body to be brought in contact is made in the form of clip attached about body to be brought in contact and contact member used to provide conducting joint between carrying member and body to be brought in contact. Main shell has carrying member made of metal and partially made of flexible material. Contact member is mounted on radial surface of carrying member with aid of holding facilities. Contact member is connected so that it can be easily disconnected from main shell. Holding facilities have one holding part molded to flexible material of main shell which is passed from one longitudinal edge of contact member to opposing longitudinal edge of contact member and encloses contact member on end opposing main shell thereby holding this contact member in position on main shell.
