SUBSTANCE: proposed digital monitor that has line and frame sweep units is provided in addition with newly introduced AND gate, frequency scaler, ten switches, flip-flop, six R, G, and B code accumulators, three pulse amplifier units, radiation modulation unit, first amplifier and first piezodeflector with reflector on butt-end, second amplifier and second piezodeflector with reflector on butt-end, four reference-voltage sources, and optical projection system whose outer focal plane mounts opaque screen.

EFFECT: reduced power requirement and mass of monitor at low-voltage power supply dispensing with code conversion to analog signals.
