SUBSTANCE: introduced to digital monitor are second trigger, three accumulators of odd frame codes, three accumulators of even frame codes, radiation modulation block made of a number of channels same as number of active rows in a frame, each one of which contains a focusing cone of light guide (compound conically shaped concentrator), emitter of three main colors and a brightening lamp.

EFFECT: 99 840 times increased averaged brightness of image on the screen, perceived by the user, because frame sweep is realized by all active rows simultaneously and with repeat of their sweep 130 times per frame.
