FIELD: transport engineering; automatic security devices.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system contains video camera adapted for getting video signal of target, computer with memory and signal receive/transmit device, all connected by local data processing network. Transponder is provided made for storing and transmitting own individual identification signal corresponding to mobile object or its owner to receive/transmit device. Signal receive/transmit device is made for receiving said identification signal. Moreover, system includes target identification device, data base, movable video camera and observation terminal. Target identification device is connected through hardware-software interface with said video camera and signal receive/transmit device. Data base is implemented on computer with memory with prerecorded descriptions of individual parameters of mobile objects to be monitored, identification signals corresponding to mobile objects to be monitored and description of alarm situations. Movable video camera is made for aimed at target depending of control signal received from target identification device. Observation terminal is adapted for information of operator and for reception of control commands from operator. Data base is made accessible from movable video camera and from target identification device with possibility of recording new information received from movable video camera. Target identification device is made for analyzing the signals received from video camera adapted for getting video signal of target and from signal receive/transmit device and, basing of received information, recognition of alarm situation, determination of target according to preset algorithm with use of data stored in base and transmitting corresponding control signal to movable video camera for guidance on target and alarm signal to observation terminal. Movable video camera is made for getting video signal with image of target suitable for further analysis and transmitting of said video signal for storing in data base.

EFFECT: provision of effective automatic monitoring of mobile objects on territory covered by security devices under any weather conditions and all day round.
