FIELD: transport engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to complex safety system providing protection of vehicles from high jacking and other types of unauthorized use. In proposed control system central control unit is connected through radio modem with transceiver made for exchange of data by radio with external systems. Security pickups and navigation receiver made for receiving messages from global satellite navigation system are connected also to central control unit. Said control unit is connected also to units for locking functional members of vehicle. Video camera, video processor unit and command shaper are also provided. Use is made also of identification unit with radio frequency reader, biometric reader and alarm message shaper and electronic mark including radio frequency and biometric tags interacting by radio with radio frequency and biometric readers. Each User is furnished with electronic mark. Biometric tag is made for storing coded video image of identifying characters of face of each vehicle User. Video processor unit contains video digitizer, image analyzer unit, coding unit, decoding unit and comparison unit. Proposed system provides more complete utilization of possibilities of video camera by means of which third stage of protection is formed using additional identification characteristics - distribution of biometric points of face of vehicle User.

EFFECT: provision of effective access and protection of vehicle without considerable complication of system and possibility of high accuracy navigation and flexible service capabilities.
