FIELD: protective coatings.
SUBSTANCE: composition contains 10-30% of sunflower oil oxidized at 130°C in presence of triethylaluminum, 20-40% of thermally treated "green oil", and 50% solvent. Thermally treated "green oil" is obtained by heating (3 h at 50-150°C) by-product of ethane-ethylene fraction hydrogenation stage on ethylene-propylene production plant. Composition forms elastic films on substrate, which films are characterized by good adhesion and are capable of drying with no dryer added.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of edible vegetable oils, enlarged resource of raw materials and assortment of improved-quality lacquer materials, and enabled formation of films under mild conditions.
