FIELD: agriculture, in particular feed production from plant products.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes high temperature drying of cut grass up to humidity of 40-45 %, separation of leaf and stem fractions. Stem fraction is contaminated with trichoderma fungi, cultivated for 20-24 h with homogeneous agitation, blended with leaf fraction followed by drying up to humidity of 10-12 %.
EFFECT: vitamin feed additive of improved quality due to increased content of carotene and protein and increased cellulose levels.
