FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, controlling equipment used in cereal harvesting machines.
SUBSTANCE: threshed mass is fed along transportation board onto upper and lower cleaning screens. Small-sized heap with insufficiently threshed ears is spilled onto piezoelectric sensors located behind lower cleaning screen and is further delivered through ear screw into additional threshing device. Repeatedly threshed ears and heap are spilled onto piezoelectric sensors arranged at exit end of device for additional threshing of ears. Such construction allows combiner to constantly control grain threshing and cleaning quality and perform needed adjustments.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation.
