Agent for treatment of neuralgia diseases comprises an active substance and a base wherein as an active substance it comprises a venom mixture of snake (Vipera lebetina), scorpion (Butus eupeus) and spider (Araneus diadematus), and an aqueous-emulsion cream as a base in the mass ratio of venom of snake, scorpion and spider in active substance (weight p.) = (40-60):(20-30):(20-30), respectively, and the content of active substance in the composition (weight p.) is from 0.000125 to 0.0001. Agent provides recovery of trigeminal nerve inflammation and regeneration of peripheral nerve ends.
