REPARATIVE-REGENERATIVE PREPARATION, METHOD OF ITS MAKING AND CURATIVE USING Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of patients with diseases of locomotor system: osteochondrosis, radiculitis, radiculoneuritis, arthritis and arthrosis. Proposed reparative-regenerative preparation has animal venum, mainly viper venom (Vipera berus berus), solvent, emulsifier, preserving agent and admissible inert impurities. Method of preparing the reparative-regenerative preparation involves preparing the parent components, their interbinding using solvent, emulsifier and preserving agent followed by purification and testing the ready preparation. Viper venum is subjected for lyophilic drying and crystallization maintaining temperature T₁ with respect to temperature T₂ in industrial compartment at the range 1,9 <= (ηT₁+T₂)/T₂<= 2,1 (temperature by Kelvin scale) where - experimental coefficient taken depending on season of venom preparing and moisture content in its at the range 0,28 <= η <= 1,6. Invention relates to the method of curative use of the reparative-regenerative preparation. Invention provides the most complete use of the preparation in practice and broadening its functional possibilities.
