Craft has engines and stabilizer and includes additionally one or more cantilevers with engines mounted on their ends constantly kept in water and made for synchronous and asynchronous turning relative to axes, both longitudinal and perpendicular to diametric plane of craft. Engines of craft are electrohydroreactive, of continuous action. Number of engines is one or more.
EFFECT: improved performance characteristics of aerodynamic cushion craft.
