SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, namely to high-speed ships moving on the surface of water, above the surface of water and under water. High-speed vessel with the use of a jet propulsion system, including a body of a cigar-shaped or disk-like streamlined shape, carrying wings with mechanization elements for creating an aerodynamic lift, a water-jet propulsion system, water intake devices, a system of ducts-pipelines connecting water intake devices with a power jet device and with exhaust nozzles, an integrated control system, the exhaust nozzles from the propulsion system are located in the tail part of the hull, in addition, the exhaust nozzles from the power jet system are located in the form of a two-dimensional array along the outer surface of the hull, depending on the hydrodynamic resistance of the body sections, the exhaust nozzles from the power jet system located on the outer surface of the vessel have a variable thrust vector, water intake device used when the ship moves above the surface of the water is submersible and fixed to the body by means of a transformable system of telescopic structures.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the hydrodynamic resistance of the vessel, as well as in increasing the lift height when flying over the water surface to reduce the influence of the water surface disturbance on the stability of the vessel's movement.
