FIELD: industrial and ecological microbiology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new strains of oil biodestructor microorganisms and association based on the same useful in remediation of soils contaminated with petroleum product. Claimed association represents mixture of above mentioned natural oil oxidizing microorganisms: ZOOGLOEA SP.14H, ARTHROBACTER SP.13H, ARTHROBACTER SP.15H, BACILLUS SP.3H, BACILLUS SP.12H. Said strain association makes it possible to utilize wide spectrum of petroleum hydrocarbons for shorter period. Strains and association may growth on dystrophic synthetic broth and are characterized by high rate of petroleum product oxidation, high limit concentration for fully contaminant utilization, high contaminant threshold concentration to inhibit microorganism growth; wide temperature and pH ranges of microorganism activity. Fully remediation is carried out for 20-30 days.

EFFECT: microorganism strains useful in biodegradation of various hydrocarbon fractions and fine pond and soil cleaning.
