FIELD: blasting art, applicable for crushing of hard rocks and destruction of large-sized objects.
SUBSTANCE: the explosive charge has a sealed body and non-mixed oxidizer and fuel of two modification. According to the first modification, the oxidizer and fuel in the binary charge are located in different bulks, separated by a sealed partition, an additional component-fine-dispersed metallic powder is placed in the bulk with liquid fuel, the mass relation of the metallic powder being as follows: liquid fuel equal to (0.01-1):1, the total mass of the metallic powder and liquid fuel makes up within 10 to 90 per cent of the total mass of the explosive. According to the second modification, the charge has one bulk filled with liquid oxidizer or water, with fine-dispersed metallic powder in the form of passivated particles (10-90 per cent) placed in it as fuel, the difference of the values of the density of the liquid oxidizer or water and metallic powder is provided by their separation in the Earth gravitational field. The method for conduction of blasting operations with the use of these charges is also offered. The binary charge is placed on the object, the electroblasting network is mounted, the means of blasting of the charges is connected to it, then the formation of explosive is realized in the form of suspension or gel of metallic powder in the liquid components of each charge by removal of the partition between the oxidizer and fuel, after that the initiating pulse of electric current for blasting of the charge is supplied. Prior to placing the binary charges on the object, it is recommended to shake them up for formation of suspension or gel of the metallic powder in the bulk with liquid fuel. When charges with one bulk are used, formation of suspension or gel of metallic powder is carried out by shaking up the charge in situ before installation of the charge on the object. For bringing the charge in the working condition after installation, a means for agitation in the form of magnetic bodies is placed in the charge bulk, and a means for remote actuation of the means for agitation by magnetic field - on the charge body by supply of pulses of electric current to this device.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency at crushing of hard rocks and destruction of large-sized objects.
