SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device for intensification of processes of dissolution, homogenization, mixing, dispersion and emulsification of materials in a liquid-solid system. The device contains: a centrifugal pump; a rotor and a stator mounted coaxially in the common body; an electron unit - a device for measurement and correction of the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the dispersant, which in turn contains in series connected a current amplifier, an "analog-digital" converter, a digital meter of amplitude-frequency characteristics of signals and the digital discriminator. At that the rotor and the stator are electrically insulated from each other forming a "rotor-stator" capacitor, the plates of which are connected to the device for measurement and correction of the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the dispersant. The technical result of the invention consists in an improved reliability of the dispersant operation and formation of possibility to create materials with new properties.
