FIELD: mechanical engineering; tractor building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed crawler tractor contains frame, diesel engine with clutch installed on frame, gearbox connected with rear axle, running gear with suspension, cabin life-support systems and controls, rear axle consisting of central reduction gear with main gear, planetary steering mechanism, parking brakes and final drivers. Engine is connected with multiple shaft multispeed transmission unit consisting of gearbox, demultiplication with gear-shifting without break of power flow, range gearbox and creeper gear. Cylindrical reverse is installed in transmission. Rear power takeoff shaft gearbox with two-speed independent and synchronous drive is installed is installed on rear axle. Steering gear hydraulic displacement drive with axial piston hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor of separate make. Running gear is made with five rollers per side and independent spring suspension. Connection of central reduction gear axle with cylindrical planetary final drives into one unit is made by means of left-hand and right-hand carrying spacers. Front power takeoff shaft is made with independent hydraulic positive-displacement drive through planetary gear train. Center of gravity is displaced relative to center of elasticity forwards through 180-200 mm.
EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities, amplified layout and design, mounting and demounting technology, increased capacity, improved smoothness of running, comfortability, reliability and unification of crawler-tractor and wheeled tractor.
