FIELD: coupling and uncoupling spacecraft components.
SUBSTANCE: proposed lock has bracket with base, pivoted lever, tightening member, fastening member and tension spring. Base is secured on one separable member and tightening member is secured on other separable member; lever is mounted on bracket and fastening member is mounted on tightening member. Lock is provided with additional pivoted lever mounted on bracket and link kinematically connecting arms of both levers. One end of spring is fixed on bracket and other end is fixed at point of connection of one arm of lever with said link. Levers are mounted on bracket base and threaded part of one end of tightening member is mounted in other separable member. Fastening member is fitted on threaded part of other end of tightening member for contact with two other arms of levers. Contact surfaces of fastening member and two other arms of levers may be spherical in shape.
EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions and mass of lock; enhanced reliability in operation and optimization.
