SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents for applying wall coverings, in particular, paste for wall coatings. Molded articles made of substances for preparing an aqueous system of binding agents comprises from 30 to 100 wt.-% natural or water-soluble or water-dispersed, not sticky in dry state and at room temperature semi-synthetic polymers and from 0 to 70 wt.-% of fully synthetic polymers. Article consists of at least two sites of different structure among that at least one site comprises a dye and sites are distributed in the molded article by so manner that they can't discernible optically on its surface. Dye is bleached in the process for preparing an aqueous system of binding agents or after the process as result of interaction with another component comprising on dye-free site, or as result of interaction with an aqueous medium, or by photochemical way. Invention provides preparing agent simplifying using the molded article.
