FIELD: construction of pipeline transportation systems.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction of pipeline transportation systems, in particular, to a complex of equipment for insulation of welding joints of pipes used for protection of the area of welding joints of the pipes having a factory insulation. On a ramp there are rotary mechanisms, a sandblasting device, a protection jacket and a device for heating of the area of the pipes joints from inside, which contains a dolly with two wheels located at an angle in symmetry in respect to the vertical axis of a pipe for relocation on the guides fixed to the ramp and a pillar, on which there is a fixed supporting ring with the gas burners is supported, pivotally linked with a horizontal axial drawbar. A section of pipes lay on the rollers of the rotary mechanism, the zone of the welding seam is covered with a jacket, conduct its cleaning by a sand-blasting plant and open the zone of the welding seam. The device of heating of the zone of the welding seam is introduced into the section of pipes and then using the gas burners its heating is conducted. On the zone of the welding seam apply a primer and put under it a heat-shrinkage insulation material with a binding sublayer, which is spooled around of the pipe in several layers. The obtained coupling is heated up and compacted for removal of the air from it. The invention improves the quality of the pipes welding joints isolation.

EFFECT: the invention ensures an improved quality of the pipes welding joints isolation.
