MODE OF UTILIZATION OF WASTES AND AN ARRANGEMENT FOR ITS REALIZATION Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC F23G5/20 F23G5/32 

FIELD: the invention refers to utilization of liquid and solid wastes and may be used in transport, at industrial enterprises and the enterprises of a chemical, oil producing and oil refining branches, at exploiting of merchant and naval ships.

SUBSTANCE: the mode of utilization of wastes includes feeding of liquid wastes, liquid fuel in a cyclone reactor and spraying them with air, feeding for incineration of air preliminary heated due to cooling with it of the exterior walls of the reactor, firing of a torch, incineration, afterburning, conducting of smoke gases. The liquid wastes are oil wastes, as liquid fuel diesel fuel is used. The feeding of diesel fuel and of oil wastes is executed in a pipeline common for them in the following sequence: diesel fuel, mixture of diesel fuel with oil wastes and then oil wastes. Firing of the torch is executed with a high-voltage spark discharge between electrodes at dispersing of diesel fuel, with air supplied by a pressure ventilator which disperses also liquid wastes. The other part of the air from the ventilator is heated at untwisting it in the channels formed around the exterior surface of the reactor, part of this air is fed into the reactor for providing the process of incineration and the other part of heated air is directed for heating of buildings and local objects. The arrangement for realization of the mode is characterized.

EFFECT: increases effectiveness of the process of neutralization of wastes and using of the heat discharged at utilization of wastes, reduces the size of the arrangement.
