FIELD: waste treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to waste recycling and can be used for the disposal of solid household waste. The production complex is equipped with a loading funnel of a twin-screw mixer for preparing a mixture of sorted crushed solid household waste, lump fuel and ash, above which the corresponding unloading devices of the loading hopper of sorted crushed solid household waste, the loading hopper of lump fuel and the loading hopper with ash are located. The discharge flow and a twin-screw mixer for preparing a mixture of sorted and crushed solid household waste, lump fuel and ash are connected to the receiving hopper of the mixture, to the discharge pipe of which an unloading device in the form of a tray dispenser and a transport conveyor is installed, loading the mixture into a gas generator unit for direct continuous steam-air gasification of the mixture with a two-gate loading device, with air and steam blowing units, the ash discharge heat and the gas outlet pipe connected through the flue, insulated at the end, with a gas burner with an oxygen-air diffuser and a gas diffuser inside the combustion furnace in the form of a gas hot-water boiler with air, oxygen blowing units and a flue gas outlet pipe connected to the chimney, equipped with an ash supply unit to the flue gases. The chimney contains a cyclone installation for coarse dedusting of a mixture of flue gases with ash, a hot-water heat exchanger in the chimney section after the mentioned cyclone installation is connected to a bag filter for fine dedusting of a mixture of flue gases with ash. The section of the chimney after the mentioned bag filter is equipped with the installation of an ozonized air blast into the flue gases, and in the section of the chimney after the installation of an ozonized air blast into the flue gases, a catalytic converter is inserted sequentially, along with a wet gas cleaning unit with a Venturi scrubber and equipment for supplying an alkaline solution, a hot water heat exchanger in the section of the chimney after the installation of wet gas cleaning is connected to a smoke pump. In the section of the chimney in front of the smoke pump there is an installation of ozonated air blast into the flue gases, and the outlet of the smoke pump is connected by a section of the chimney with a chimney consisting of an exhaust pipe with a flare discharge nozzle, a container for collecting water condensate at the bottom of the exhaust pipe, a pipe for tangential entry of flue gases into the exhaust pipe above a container for collecting water condensate equipped with an outlet pipe, a valve and a pipeline for supplying water condensate to the solution tank of a wet gas purification unit with a Venturi scrubber.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the complex, reduction of atmospheric pollution with carcinogens to their maximum permissible concentrations in the atmospheric air, waste-free disposal of solid household waste; the use of heat released during the disposal of solid household waste to heat water in a hot water boiler.
