FIELD: the invention refers to testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: its essence is in fastening of the rocket with possibility of angular travel relatively to its center of mass. A transverse angular stability is provided to the rocket with the help of elastic fastening in the transverse angular direction. The center of mass is loaded with transverse pulse power by way of triggering of one or another real unit or an element of the rocket. The transverse angular rigidity of the elastic fastening and the position of the center of mass is defined for the moment of time in which one or another unit or an element of the rocket is triggered on a trajectory. At that the transverse angular rigidity of the elastic fastening is chosen out of conditions of equality of aerodynamic stabilizing moment influencing on the rocket on the trajectory, to the moment of elastic forces relatively to the center of mass of the rocket at single angles of deviations of the rocket on the trajectory and the test-bench correspondingly. The test-bench has a joint for fastening of the rocket, a stabilizer of transverse angular stability fulfilled in the shape of a unit of elastic fastening of the rocket in transverse angular direction and a system of controlling an angular movement of the rocket fulfilled in the shape of speedy cinema and/or video cameras and background screens with a contrasting setting marked on them.
EFFECT: simplification of carrying out of tests.
