SUBSTANCE: the arrangement for definition of the symbol of the direction of a target has an antenna, a receiving-transmitting switch, the first mixer, an intermediate frequency amplifier, a strobe-cascade, the first coherent detector, a driving oscillator, a power amplifier, a pulse modulator, an intermediate frequency generator, the second mixer, the second phase changer, the second coherent detector, the second filter of Doppler frequencies and an indicator; there are implemented a direct component separation block , a comparison unit of polarities, a direct component subtraction block, a separation modulation block of the period of repeating probing pulses, a comparison modulation parameters block, a measuring distortions modulation parameters block, a modulation oscillator of the period of repeating of probing pulses and a block of compensation of a temporary delay, a frequency correction block.

EFFECT: expansion of the range of the targets' velocities of one-digit definition of the symbol of the direction of a moving target.
