FIELD: physiotherapy.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used for teaching patients to walk on four extremities and for rehabilitation of patients having cerebral paralysis. Deice has tray or cushion intended for breast and belly of patient. It is provided with two pairs of coaxial wheels for making patient moving. Any two axes of wheels is made with two oppositely directed knees which are shifted from center of axis to direction of unlike coaxial wheels, to left and right ones correspondingly. One knee of front axis has diagonal connection with unlike knee of rare axis by means of slant rod mounted on bushings or bearings to provide free rotation of wheels around their axes. There are two fixation units at front part tray or cushion intended for arms of patient directed to floor; the units are provided with rests-plates for patient's palms. Left plate is connected with left knee of front axis by means of crank through bushing. Right plate is connected similarly with right knee of front of axis. There are two support areas at the rear part of tray or cushion intended for bent ankles of patient's legs; the areas are provided with stops. Left area is connected through crank with left knee of rear axis by means of bushing and right area is connected similarly with right knee of rear axis.

EFFECT: widened medicinal functional facilities; improved efficiency, safety and comfort; reduced labor input.
