FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to devices for the rehabilitation of patients with disorders of the musculoskeletal system. The device contains an active exoskeleton and a carrier trolley. The exoskeleton includes the pelvic link, the back, the right thigh link, the left thigh link, the right shin link, the left shin link, the right foot link, the left foot link, the right shoulder link, the left shoulder link, the right forearm link, the left forearm link, the right hand link, the left hand link, the right contact pad, the left contact pad, electric drives, the control system associated with electric drives, and the first connecting elements located on the back. The carrier trolley is made in the form of a U-shaped frame on wheels, including an electromechanical manipulator with a traverse having second connecting elements designed to interact with the first connecting elements of the active exoskeleton. The electromechanical manipulator is designed with the possibility of fixing the active exoskeleton in the first position and with the possibility of moving the active exoskeleton from the first position on the support surface to the second position.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to automate the rehabilitation process and eliminate the risk of injury.
