FIELD: transport engineering; lighting facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for illumination of passenger car interior. Proposed lighting unit has housing 1, diffuser connected with housing 1, two extreme light source 3, 4 in form of base lamps, and central light source 5 in form of tubular lamp, two extreme selector switches installed on inner side of housing 1 and connected by push-buttons 9, 10, and one central selector switch, elongated flat contact and three-L-shaped contactors. Two extreme lighting sections 17, 18 covered by common diffuser are formed on one of side 16 of housing 1 adjacent to flat part, and central light section 19 between extreme sections in which two extreme light sources 3, 4 and central light source 5 are installed. Lighting sections 17, 18, 19 are made in form of hollow members with space 20 opening to external side 21 of housing 1 projecting from inner side of housing 1. Said hollow members have bottom part and closed sides 23, and their adjacent sides 24 are connected by end sections 25 forming partitions 26 between lighting sections 17, 18, 1. Holes are made on end sections of elongated flat contact, and bent off tongue 30 is formed on central section. Elongated flat contact is located on bottom part of each section 17, 18, 19 parallel to plane of housing 1 to fit bases of extreme light sources 3, 4 in holes in extreme sections. Tongue 30 and one component of first L-shaped contact, installed with insulation through second component on central section of elongated flat contact, are arranged in space 20 of central section 19 to form contacts of central light source 5. Second L-shaped contact and third L-shaped contact are spaced to extreme sections 17, 18. First components of said contacts are installed on housing 1, and second components extending to base of extreme light sources 3, 4 are installed with joining to end face part.
EFFECT: improved degree of illumination at simple design.
