FIELD: electrochemical treatment of metals; electrolyte plasma removal of burrs and blunting of sharp edges of gear wheels.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes pneumatic cylinders, suspension with cassette, two working baths, electrolyte correction bath, pump for handling the solution, column, clamps for securing the articles, preliminary loading chamber, solution scattering filter; electrolyte correction bath is provided with electric heater, heat exchanger and level sensor; working bath body performs function of cathode.
EFFECT: possibility of selection of optimal modes of treatment due to control of electrolyte temperature; simplified construction due to use of working bath body as cathode.
