FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating and can be used for plasma-electrolytic treatment of external and internal surfaces of products from various metals. Method includes the ignition of the discharge between the processed product and the electrolytic cathode by applying a positive potential to the product, the workpiece is fixed on a conductive suspension, immersed in an electrolyte bath containing a cathode in the form of a conductive plate, and rotated, set a voltage in the range of 100≤U≤1,000 V, discharge current – in the range of 0.015≤I≤250 A and the product is processed for at least 15 seconds, and a solution with a hydrogen index in the range of 2≤pH≤11 is used as the electrolyte, while the bath with the electrolyte and the product is simultaneously affected by ultrasonic vibrations from the emitter with a generator with a frequency in the range of 18–120 kHz.

EFFECT: providing a plasma-acoustic treatment of external, internal and porous areas of the surface of products.
