FIELD: equipment of active anti-vibration protection of the facilities of different designation.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the active vibration insulation system for protection of the facilities of different designation. The active vibration insulation system contains a platform used for mounting on it the object subjected to protection and the support coupled by means of the hydraulic actuators made in the form of manometric pipes, the ends of which coupled with the platform are blanked-off. The system is supplied with the cylindrical nonmagnetic tank, the side of which facing the platform is free and hermetically shut. The opposite plane side of the cylindrical nonmagnetic tank is fixed on the support and hydraulically connected to the other ends of the manometric pipes connected to the support. The permanent magnet elastically connected with the support is freely and concentrically put on the cylindrical nonmagnetic tank. The cavities of the manometric pipes and the cylindrical nonmagnetic tank are filled with a ferromagnetic liquid. The technical effect of the invention is simplification of the active vibration insulation system design and increased its reliability.
EFFECT: the invention ensures simplification of the active vibration insulation system design and increased its reliability.
