FIELD: electrical engineering, namely transforming devices, possibly voltage sources in welding semiautomatic machines, power sources in different branches of national economy.
SUBSTANCE: welding rectifier provides lowered pulsation of rectified voltage and current, it includes two single-phase transformers with primary and secondary windings and four rectifiers. Primary windings of transformers are connected to linear voltages of three-phase circuit. Secondary winding of first transformer has two winding halves connected in series; connection point of windings is connected to one end of choke coil. Other end of choke coil is connected with outlet terminal. Leading end of one secondary winding half of first transformer is connected in series with leading and termination ends of one pair of secondary windings of second transformer. Other ends of each of four secondary windings of second transformer are separately connected with four cathodes of gate circuits whose anodes are connected to second outlet terminal.
EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability.
