SUBSTANCE: method comprises winding fiber material and polymerizing. The inner part of the wall is made by rolling up or winding a strip made of composition-fiber material and securing the adjacent strips by means of H-shaped fastening member and adhesive composition. The wall is provided with the sealing coating and fiber material with a binder. The blank of the article is then polymerized.
