FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises applying fiber material with a binder on the mandrel, polymerizing the material, and removing the tap from the mandrel. The mandrel is made of industrial tap . The material is cut over the symmetry plane after polymerization and removed from the mandrel. The edges of the cut are secured by means of an H-shaped locking member with adhesive composition.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
