FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves placing metal ring between its wall opposite to mesenterium and frontal wall of blind gut and ascending colon 10-12 cm far from intersected adducting small intestine loop. Small and large intestine walls are sutured around the ring. The small intestine loop is arranged in perpendicular to the blind gut or ascending colon. The adducting small intestine end is brought onto the anterior abdominal wall. Terminal ileostomy is raised. The small intestine loop is selected to the place of adhesion to the colon or blind gut two months later. The small intestine is intersected 3 cm far from adhesion place. Small intestine, blind gut or colon walls are cut through small intestine lumen along internal ring circumference. The ring is removed. Small intestine stump is sutured with double-row interrupted sutures.
EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications.
